Tony and Noreen Cambria
Owners
Windrunner Stables is the culmination of a dream that began for Tony long ago with a
part-time job mucking stalls at the barns of two famous entertainers in Rockland County.
Completely taken in by the majesty, power, character and beauty of the horses at those
farms Tony was soon taking lessons and learning to ride jumpers. He competed locally
and regionally in A-rated shows. Education, life and love intervened, leading to a
thirty-two year career as a public school health and physical education teacher,
interscholastic coach, athletic director and school administrator. He and Noreen,
also an educator, school administrator and college placement counselor, have been
married for nearly forty years. Their skills in teaching and administration are now
applied to Windrunner, where rider and horse are respected as learners, where teaching
is methodical and sequential, and where safety is paramount. You are invited to visit
and assess this unique equine facility we call Windrunner.
